To enfranchise the Citizens of Canada as collective proprietors of the country.
To emancipate the House of Commons and banish party-discipleship as the norm.
To Restore the Constitutional Hierarchy ... with one small non-constitutional change
The Citizens of Canada will be "deemed" the Crown and the Governor General will be deemed to represent Us
The selection of a person for recommendation as Governor General will be by at large election
-every other general election for a term commencing 365 days after the return of the Writs
The Privy Council will be restored to the Executive (recission of Order in Council PC 1940-1121)
